Boutique eco hotel · Opened December 2025
A peaceful hideaway in a lush garden, just a seven-minute walk from Mirissa's golden beach.
Welcome
Tucked away in a lush garden with tall tropical trees, Lily Mirissa is a quiet escape just 500 metres — a seven-minute walk — from Mirissa's golden beach. Close enough to the ocean, yet far from the noise of the main road and the beach parties.
Our small hotel opened in December 2025 with fifteen bright, spacious rooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the interiors with natural light, and every room opens onto a private terrace overlooking the greenery.

Why guests choose usWhy stay with us
Only fifteen rooms, one garden, and enough quiet to hear the birds at breakfast.
Nestled in a green garden away from the main road, yet a short stroll from Mirissa Beach.
With only fifteen rooms we can take our time — relaxed service and a homely atmosphere.
Bright, stylish rooms with private terraces, air-conditioning and every essential amenity.
Made for couples, solo travellers and anyone looking to slow down and properly unwind.
Breakfast under the pavilion roof, surrounded by nature, birdsong and local charm.
No single-use plastic bottles, refillable dispensers, filtered water and natural materials.
Our eco commitment
Our rooms are furnished with natural materials — warm and authentic, with a light footprint. We work hard to reduce plastic, because most waste in Sri Lanka is burned.
That is why you will not find tiny disposable bottles in our bathrooms. Instead we provide large refillable dispensers with toiletries. Tap water in the hotel is safe to drink, and in the garden pavilion you can refill your own bottle with filtered water.
Rooms
Natural light, modern furnishings with a colonial touch, and a private garden-view terrace with every room.
Direct garden access
Designed for convenience and easy access, these rooms open directly into the garden. Each has a private terrace where you can sit with a book among the tropical greenery — a favourite with families travelling with children.
Elevated leafy views
Located above the garden, these rooms offer a quieter atmosphere and more privacy. With elevated views into the treetops and fewer passers-by, they are the calmest choice for a properly restful stay.
12 double rooms across the ground, first and second floor · 3 triple rooms — two on the ground floor, one on the first.
Mornings here
Each morning begins with a freshly prepared breakfast served in our open-air garden pavilion. Surrounded by greenery and birdsong, it is the perfect way to ease into a day in paradise.
Afterwards, take the short seven-minute stroll to Mirissa's long golden beach — ideal for a swim in the ocean or a slow walk along the shoreline in the morning sun.
